Hey GA Boyzzzz! I got off the Dalton today! Been about 2 weeks since the Dempster. I'll say, if you can only do one, do the Dempster. A lot more fun, more beautiful, more camping, and actually a "worse" road but you can still take a Civic on it. The Dalton took about 200 miles to get pretty, and of course you can't drive to the Arctic ocean because it's at the BP lease. We paid for the tour and the ability to dive into the Arctic ($69... I found it worth it given you just drove that whole damn way). The Brooks Range though.... Wow... Might be prettier than Tombstone on the Dempster purely because you drive through it really. Also, the Dalton has a good bit of pavement and there is one portion with potholes and what not that take a while to get through and if you hit them fast, I'm sure you'd bust up your front end. Anyway, here are some pics!

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    Looking amazing! Thanks for sharing!

Yup, I will be taking the FJ to the parks. It will become my dedicated wheeler now. I like the taco and runner, but the FJC is just more capable.

Hey all. I know this is not a new member forum but I am a new member. Been using TW for the last year but am just now creating a profile as I will be turning my 2018 SR5 into a camper. Will post pics of progress. JB, this is Evan we met at ACC garage yesterday. Will stay in touch. Thanks again for the help!

Will do, however I asked about this and it appears as the two fabricators are buddies. Demello runs the BudBuilt on all his vehicles.

I'll be in Florida that weekend, but not a big fan of Tacomabeast like Scott mentioned. Plus them and YotaMafia events just turn into huge mawl crawls with 20" wheels and low profile off-road tires. Not really for me

Lol I feel ya. I’m not the biggest fan either. But those raffles definitely help with cheap upgrades on the rig.
