So I am looking into suspension upgrade for my new to me taco as at 142K still has the original suspension on. Which I think rides pretty stiff as its the TRD sport model. I have been reading a lot of the write ups and wanted to know what others opinions are with this set up.
HS 1/4" top plate spacer for drivers side lean. Bilstein 6112 strut and coil combination and Bilstein 5160 remote reservoir rear shocks. I am looking at also doing the Light racing UCA with this and the HS 3-AAL.
Headstrong is currently showing out of stock so I am inquiring with them on when some may be available. I am trying to keep cost reasonably low. But also want the most bang for the buck so to speak.

    Any input is appreciated.

So I guess the 5160's have been on back order since mid 2018 I really don't want the 5100's after reading some mixed reviews on them. Funny thing is I looked on 4 wheel parts and Amazon and found the 5160's available  So now I am trying to see if they will sell me the rest of the kit and what the cost will be without the rears so I can possibly order separately.

I have 5100s with eibach springs in the front I think they ride great personally.

I really think I wanted the above kit but for the same price I can essentially get the higher end 5100 series shock kit with the OME coils and OME rear leaf replacement. So due to the rear shock availability I am thinking of going this route instead. If anyone has this set up I would like to hear from you as to ride quality (I know any upgrade will be better than factory).
Or I can stick with the original plan and just get the kit in the first post and the difference would be in the rear shocks as I would have to get them in the 5100 series.

Just to throw this out there the type of off-roading the truck will mostly do is beach driving and some occasional trail.

    Thoughts and opinions are appreciated.

@gotoman1969 thank you for your response.

I have the 6112s up front at the top setting with TC UCAs and 5125s for 2-3” lift with Dakar’s in the rear . I didn’t really think I needed the 5160s with remote reservoir since Im not running in the desert
