    Good.

    Cause I did. Lol
Was on a part of town I’m normally not in so figured may as well stop by and try some new brews.

Currently I’m making venison/beef chili with an ancho red ale. I’m hoping it will be tasty.
Part of me wishes I kept bread in the house to do jalapeno grilled cheese

Beer really does belong in chili.

    @uhplifted
At this new place they had a bourbon barrel aged porter. It was only 7.8% but it actually smelled like bourbon. It carried a good heat.
Its not a beer I would care to drink a whole glass but it was not revolting and only had a very minor soy sauce flavor.
I’m wondering if its because its a porter or due to it likely not being aged long and low ABV.

Had 6 of these sirloin and chicken tacos for my first meal. 57p 65c 18f.

Would have been better with some cervezas, but you know, cutting.

I have a terrible relationship with beer. I love it, but I have ZERO desire to drink one beer and make it fit into my macros. The first beer makes me want the second one even more. Then the second one... Then I want to drink all the beers. Obviously this is terrible for dieting, and health in general, so I really limit myself on how often I drink. Haven't had one in three weeks.

I’ve been pretty good about really just sticking to 1-2, especially if its craft. But problem is 1-2 a day adds up in cals over the week.

My issue is social drinking. Especially if there is any fire around.

I got some Miller 64 in the fridge to help me keep the cals down on the weeknights.

I also started working out 7 days a week too lol. Gives me an extra 400-500 cals a week for beer.

    Friday noods.

Another week in the books, another pound shed. 174 this morning. I’ve been at 175/210/70 with a variance of +/- 5g for protein and carbs and +/- 2g for fat.

Going to make a VERY slight change this week and take 5g carbs away and put a hard cap of 70g on the fats to keep things progressing.

Little less fluffy than last week!
