    MORNING ROCK STAR!!! GRRRRAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!

In Athlaosland, I have worked out a plan to get my car running that doesn't require all the mods that I need to do - put tires on, fix the electrical issue. If it's cool out, the car is driveable (current e-fan doesn't move enough air). Once that's running, I'll be able to shut the truck down to do the camshafts. Just have to find money to get the valve covers powder coated...

    Morning Matt!!
    Morning Joey!

Morning sir!! That sounds like a heck of a good plan! If it was me though, id try to get that e-fan going sooner than later! Murphy's law is always lurking.. wouldnt wanna see ya without a daily driver trying to swap cams!

Tis a thing of beauty! You running the ol 4 rib belt again or my eyes playing tricks on me? :p

you've inspired me to clean my engine bay. May try to knock that out this weekend. Btw, you are a bad influence posting pics like this. Now i want my truck to be faster.. but i dont wanna spend any money :goingcrazy:

It's the lens he used I think, heh. Still holding on with 5 ribs right now! Although it's nearly time to change the belt again.

Well, under about 65 degrees the current fan provides enough cooling. Lol. Which, is not a tall order in September or later up here. While it can get higher than that in September occasionally, it's pretty rare. That said, the radiator and fan isn't TOO much of a pain to add to the list, aside from hack-fabbing some mounts for it. The direct replacement 300ZX radiators come with welded mounts. So it'll be fun to figure that one out.

I know what you mean. The cams are such a big job, I'm worried now about doing it September/October. Shouldn't be an issue because I can take my time and pick away at it, but I don't want to be caught in some early snowstorms or with some other issue with the car that makes it undriveable. But, how would that be different from any other day....
