Most restaurants are canned or powdered mix. The good stuff you have to get from your grandma or make it yourself.

...^^^... If I was going to Thailand for a vacation ... I would spend time in Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi, Bali Province and places where you can see the culture and the Temples.

We live in an out of the way place, way up north by China (Chiang Rai -- where the 13 people soccer team got stuck in the cave last year) and not a lot to see there for tourists. Chiang Rai is several hours by car from Chiang Mai and Chiang Mai is kinda nice to see.

Personally, I would mainly stay in southern and central Thailand to see the most in the least about of time.

Vietnam and Laos are close and cool places to go too. Cambodia is a little more primitive, but still a cool place to go also.

If you want to spend money fast and see nice places, Singapore is really neat and super clean and strict.

I hate cooking old eggs. You never know what is going to happen when you flip 'em.

I made a Paella! I promised to make this Labor Day, so I had to do a dry run. Fuck, it’s huge. And there’s only me and my wife. Bahahaha

Today was a monumental day in my household. My wife finally mastered her mom’s biscuits. They are just buttermilk and self rising flour but she has tried many times and failed.

That cat is the better dog, compared to my dog. She follows me around everywhere. She did get some chicken. Hehe.
