    Good. Do you still go 2.5 or 3 on the Y I’ll have to find a neutered version for CA. Leaving too much on the table

    11.2 is definitely not lean. I think 11.5 is primo

    Most people either go 2.25 or 2.5 on the tubing for a ypipe. I think a 3 inch ypipe would lose a lot of power down low aka torque even with a 2.3 pulley

    Most people are 3" at the merge.

    2.25" is good. I even use 2mm thick tubing now so internal diameter is 2 1/16".
    2.5" I think would lose low end as well.

    0-60 definitely 2.25 inch. How about 60 and beyond. I’d be curious. Do we have data to support?

    Also @Roostfactor I know it’s a few pages back but if you make long tube headers carb be damned I am buying them.

    I’m actually surprised how quiet my flowmaster super 50 delta is on my Tacoma. Not really any noise production until 3000 rpms. Drone just isn’t there, or the tires cover it up lol.

    I guess that’s why I’m a bit lost. Most do 3 but also you mentioned folks do 2.5. So only a portion is 3 at the merge but 2.5 for the rest give or take?

    most y-pipes are 2.25 from the manifold to the merger then its 2.5 or 3" depending on maker. hope that helps

    Thats rich for sure. Mine goes from 10.5 to 11.2. It seems once I first hammer down it goes to 10.5 then leans out to 11.2, but I am happy to hear that these are safe numbers.

    I should also note I am getting this reading at the merge collector after the cats on my headers.

    im ok with my doug thorleys. but i think if you sold a y pipe back combo like urd does with the spec-u. it would sell like hot cakes. i would put down payment in now...

    I was in the same boat. I’ve been through several exhaust systems, cats resonators, mufflers etc trying to minimize the noise.

    The KEG muffler is the answer. My tires are now the loudest noise.
