My thought is it take the picture after the all the runs are back about 5:00 PM.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how we can get all the truck in the picture?

I'm open to all ideas.

 

Mob out to a big ass open area and use a drone

 

a drone would be ideal or up a tree/cliff/etc...
park trucks at an angle to the camera (so you can see two sides) and park in rows/columns not a single wide row.

everyone fills in the spaces around the trucks in the first row. faces are small... youll still be able to pick out your truck in the background and not look like an ant standing next to it.

What are your trail plans for this trip?

 

Not too sure, but I haven't found a camping spot yet so as of now, I will be doing a day run. Only thing I'm worried about is not having skids, sliders can only do so much.

 

I'd like to do something kind of difficult but not too crazy. Still on 33's but have sliders, skids and locked. White mountain? Since gold is full..? Ill be heading up there friday night after work. Didnt get a spot for Saturday night because I wasnt sure if I was staying or not but @ItsRichieRich if you want you can share our spot friday night.

 

Could always run two groups up Gold, just spaced out 30-60 minutes.

 

Still waiting on my ex to decide if she's going to switch weekends with the kids to see if I can make it

If I do make it I'm leaning towards bringing my bike and hitting a couple single tracks in the area instead of the potential gridlock that the trails are looking like???

 

We dont have nearly as many runs as last year yet.

Heartbreak is another good option. There’s really only one moderately technical rock garden but it’s a fun trail and not too far from camp.

 

I am down for heartbreak after my kiddie trail run.

 

I'm looking at the same kind of run. I may or may not have a spot in my site too. Depends on what kind of fires are burning. @loltisadam might get called out since he's working for cal fire now

We might ask if we can head over to the big group site and pull all the rigs in..???
Wasn’t the camp nazi saying there’s are large group sites??

Sorry I’ve been MIA. Air Force sent me to Alaska and I just got back. Wish I could have taken the truck. But I’m ready for San-G!
