I may stop tomorrow. Flying out again on Sunday, so won't stay long, if I show up. I don't really have anything to work on... Gonna get the new tires mounted and balanced when I get back, and the C4 bumper is coming together nicely, from my garage lol.

 

The rain washed away all the shit that was making this less noticeable.

 

I was in the LandCruiser screwing around on post Wednesday around lunch time and thought I saw you pull into the exchange as we were leaving so I pulled down the lane and realized it was some dude with Tennessee plates. Was giving me the stink eye so I let it be.

They do, but they look out of place because the truck is just filthy.

Brings a question, are your center caps the smooth ones or the new textured ones? Mine are the new textured ones and kinda screwed my plan on customizing them.

 

They're the textured ones and kind of a PITA because the Method logo is prone to coming loose from the textured plate and as you drive you'll hear what can only be described as water drops from a leaky sink as the piece of plastic rattles around inside the center cap.

 

ohhh you're actually supposed to use those ??

 

You try any others in your wheels to see if they fit? Thinking of buying some of those alloy looking TRD caps.

 

I'm currently talking to a guy who is good at 3D printing to see if he can make me something custom.

 

I've still got the smooth center caps from the Level8's in my truck. You can try and fit them at ATR.

 

Yeah, I know. I hate the Hutchinson caps because they are a different color. They make silver, dark grey, and black wheels but only dark grey caps. Lame.

 

@G.T. You can buy these straight from Method if this is similar to what your looking for.

 

That center pattern is what he is trying to avoid. It's too flashy for his taste.
