Anyone have issues getting theirs? Ordered aug 11th, sent email to customer service, no reply, no updates, just waiting.

I got no response from their customer service email but got an instant reply when I tagged them in an Instagram story asking if anyone knew how to order a single mudflap.

I forgot to mention that time for receipt of my replacement flap from RekGen from invoice was 7 calendar days. Amazon is definitely the way to go for anyone ordering RekGen flaps in the future if you need them fast.

The replacement order was created by the Instagram customer service department on 7/16/19. Shipping label created on 7/18/19. Shipment received by USPS on 7/21/19 in Los Angeles, CA. Delivered to Gilbert, AZ on 7/23/19.

They are in California and it takes a good 5 days to get here. Just received no confirmation except that they would confirm when confirming is confirmed. Ha!

Forgot his name but one of the CS reps at Rekgen owns a 3rd Gen, TRD Sport I think.

Dude promised to call me back but never did. I ordered my Rekgens off EBay or Amazon. They make a good mudflap.

Rekgen direct are slow shippers. And be prepared for hell installing them if you also have 3rd party fender flares like Bushwhackers. I got it done, but it was an enormous pain.

I ordered on Monday, got shipping notification Tuesday. According to UPS they should be here this coming Tuesday the 20th. $7 cheaper than ordering thru Amazon, I'm not in any rush.

It'll be easier then. Their installation hardware is a little silly, to say the least, for the cost of the product. You'll see what I mean.
