    Hello all,

Just finished my install of my Icon 2.5 Rear Reservoir Shocks. In doing my final inspection I noticed my misalignment spacers are showing unevenly on the bottom shock mounts. Here are some pics. Before installing the shocks I made sure all the spacers were the same size.

This is the Driver Side: 8D61EB47-BF0E-41AA-BB25-A8AC7CBFCC1C.jpg

    This is the Passenger Side:B6456745-644E-4B00-A289-6E5F803293BE.jpg

The shocks are firm in the mounts, no play, bolts are torqued to 74 ft/lbs. Any suggestions?

@Icon_Adrian or any other TW members?

It's hard to tell but it just looks like the lower shock eye is rotated a bit, meaning the spacers are doing exactly as they're supposed to do.

Yeah, I can see a slight rotation, I don’t know if there is anything I could have done different; once the bolt came through the mount the shock mounted firm in its spot, I just torqued to spec.

So, my question should I try to fix this or is this just how it is? Will it operate normally? Will it cause problems down the line? So far 60 miles on the new set up, everything seems fine.

That's the point if the misalignment spacers. They stay in one place, and the shock can then move and rotate as the axle articulates. You have nothing to worry about if you ensured that they were all the same size and installed correctly.
