    My local spot has a raffle coming up, too. The nice thing about his is that you get raffle tickets for every $25 you spend in store, so even if you lose the raffle, you still get the booze you bought :D.

    Ha! Definitive the cigar. It's borderline too hot out to enjoy a smoke, but since we had a "cold front" earlier this week I gotta get it while the getting is good. Haven't had a cigar in several weeks... thanks a lot Texas Summer.

    This was my first time trying Ardbeg Uigeadail, and I'm a fan :drool:

    This stuff is absolutely delicious. The minty side of rye with a very sharp (as in very bright and robust, not the harsh variety) finish.

    Ok... Here we go...

    I've been drinking a lot of low proof recently and it shows...

    Nose - POW! Heat! :D ok... It settled. I'm back. Very sweet vanilla ish (had to look it up after - toffee! Great description!)

    Taste - vanilla sweet up front then turns to oak and spice with a nice lingering finish

    Fairly viscous and coats as you sip.

    Finish - spice and leather? Almost the same as the balmorhea but way more subdued on the leather portion.

    My crappy review anyway :cheers:
