Although I agree with them on not leasing. Granted I don't have all the info. I look at it as risk mitigation, they take the majority of this risk so they make the money in the end. Buying is more risky for you so the possibility of making more money (depending on depreciation) by rolling over your equity is higher.

I bet part of that is due to the lease maybe??? i don't know if that is true or not. But wouldn't be surprised since you don't technically own it.

Forgot to mention - found a Canon lens cap by the little waterfall inlet on Sawtooth lake.

Any of you guys loose one? Can't imagine too many people walk around that lake with a camera.

the new ones i don't know. So far, the mark ups have been ridiculous. Will see how they retain value. Right now, things are looking good for them so I'd guess they won't be getting affordable really for a while.

eh. Idk. I know what your saying but I just can't justify it. That amount of money saved for retirment can be worth 3 or 4 cars in 30 years. I'd rather play the long game.

I doubt the supra will fell like the 86. It can't. Too big and heavy. That was what makes the 86 so special. Its a go cart haha
