It’s last minute, but is anyone interested in riding blankets creek early tomorrow? I’m headed that way with a few hour window in the AM. Hit me up if so.

Finally fixed my annoying as bell squeak! Turned out the be the leaf springs, going to wash it for the first time in forever and then get rid of the hazy head lights

    Change your plans

Found a lightly used ‘18 trek fuel ex 9.9 frame and built it up with a mix of new/used budget parts to get me rolling. Ill upgrade components after this season, or I’ll just sell it and start over again

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Look what I found on CL this am for the offroad trailer!

Warn 8k VR for $325!!! Came with a Hitch cradle, snatch block, strap, and a pair of gloves!

This winch worked perfectly for the trailer ;)

Thanks dude! I really only got one can of this grey and two cans of flat black to test the waters but it turns out I really liked how it came out so :bananadance:. I did 3 coats and 2 for the center caps/toyota emblem if I get tired of it I'll just go all black or bronze who knows :spy:

I really like those 4Runner wheels on the 2nd gens! I made a run at the grey dip on my 2nd gen before swapping out the stock wheels. The grey on your blue rig looks way better than mine did. Granted I never cared for the sport wheels in most any color.

Admittedly, I went hella lazy and didn’t tape anything off. So I had significant overspray on the tires.

Ever since I saw the goose gear rear seat delete I knew it was for me. Their prices though weren’t, so I fabricated my own. Officially have a two seater now. 551B4A53-185B-4230-BCE4-C2447AFC1660.jpg07FE3238-8BE1-421F-BA61-9187227C2212.jpg689E2A73-0147-4933-9B34-CEE2038868F1.jpg6371D7A7-7136-4E8C-B794-BA49EC62381F.jpg

Oh snap. Keep me in the loop on this one. Thinking of doing the same with a long pull out drawer.

Looks good. Hard to beat a simple 5 spoke wheel. Had those on my limited runner for a long time. That wheel looks good on several trucks.

A drawer system would be awesome back there, out of sight out of mind mentality. Next for us is waterproofing and sound deadening, then on to power and slide for a fridge. Never thought I’d see the day where a fridge is mounted in a vehicle I own.

I know right! Pretty cool, better make room for the oven!
Domestic has a propane oven that is killer! Made some brownies on the side of the road with my buddies. Pretty, funny riding behind my friend as he is cooking cookies in the back. Smelled awesome riding behind him!
