    Payson is well north of the border, not that it matters any more. Lots of areas to go off roading (and ravines) on each side of 87 going north to Payson. Does seem strange

    is it possible that one of them was in a ravine, and a flash flood hit? has there been storms around the last month? I know flash floods are a very big deal out there and can strike from a storm many miles away.
