    Hahahaha glad you like them man! I was pretty much decided that I was going to buy some new OEM ones, but then found these and figured id try them out. I'm glad I did and that so many others enjoyed them too

    I ended up just putting my old ones back in...My back up camera is mounted to my license plate...so nothing was gonna tone those lights down enough lol

    What Amazon lights did you buy? I don’t like how the light shines up on the tailgate like some other photos. Yours looks much better. Is it a different light brand or just a different angle you put it at?

    after having installed mine, i can tell the varying amount of light spill on the tailgate in photos will mainly be different due to - angle of photo and exposure from the image source (camera, phone, etc). i manually changed my exposure just slightly to match what i saw in front of me. at first, my iphone camera sensor overexposed and made the light spill way more than irl. i was also careful to take the shoot as level as possible.
