Probably your insurance company would have experience with it.

Not at all. It'll raise your rates by $123.56.

You can pay that to me and I'll take care of it for you.

Some insurance companies have rider policies that cover trailers and contents. Most do cover basic trailering but it is best to check with them......

I know when I had my cargo and boat and trailer had needed added coverage policy.

You may want to consider...Liability costs associated with property damage or bodily injury caused to others Comprehensive: repair costs for damage due to severe weather, fire, theft or vandalism. Collision: repair costs due to traffic accidents. Contents: protects against the risk of damage to personal items being transported in the trailer. If your going to be running a business.

    Yep

Its a small moving business, so I mostly help people with either buying or selling furniture such as couches, dressers, etc.. Most people around here don't have SUVs/Trucks, and it actually went really well.

When I move bigger or more expensive stuff, I make them sign a waiver saying something to the sort of "we do our best to keep your property in the shape we found it in, but we are not liable for any damages..."

Im never move expensive or really nice furniture, but if I buy a small flatbed trailer, I can do jobs a little bigger than just using the bed of my truck, and then I will be able to keep the tent/bed rack on my truck 24/7.

Haven't fully set my mind to getting one, but it would pay for itself fairly quickly, and it could allow me to expand a little more.

Youll make 1/100th of what you make with your job, but we are hiring! Hows that for a sales pitch?

Ummm I think I'll keep my current job....I'd have to move a lot of furniture to make it worth it. I appreciate the offer though.

Also the business name is "students and trucks" so you wouldn't really fit that idea...

Just a whole bunch of college kids throwing around expensive furniture in exchange for beer money. Thats the idea!

Starting to get more into kayaking so I bought some better gear today as a gift to myself for starting college classes next week.

Went into the store to buy a carbon shaft paddle (much lighter, more rigid) and walked out with a demo model for 1/3 of the new price! Also bought a new life jacket that'll be more comfortable with my REI dividend. Can't wait to test the stuff out. Gonna take it out tomorrow.
