    What I try to do is stretches and try really hard to relax and focus on my breathing as I find myself quite anxious when it hits me and sometimes it sticks around for days.... If I lost some weight, it would probably help, or so I tell myself and that is a mountain that I just have trouble even starting to climb

    I hear you. My daughter is a newly graduated from college, Physical Therapist now. She is going to be my Doc on that now. Stretches are important. Ice and heat compressess are important too when you are having a flare up. And you are right. It feels like a heart attack, one that you keep waiting on to happen. But it doesn't quite get there and it leaves you thinking that in the next half hour, or tonight, or in the morning, or tomorrow, or next week it is going to go all the way and you will be done.
