I've been a lurker for a while and ask questions but rarely post much so here's my first real contribution...

I bought a harbor freight 12k# winch on sale and made a plate to fit my current N-fab rsp series bumper. Cut it with a cheap-o eBay plasma cutter (worth every penny) out of 3/16" plate and welded up gussets to fit against the main structural hoop of the bumper, then it's bolted through the frame end crossbrace in the back. Welded it all in and painted to match.

I'm really excited with how well it turned out, I'll mount the winch and controller tomorrow. Had the best helper I could ask for all day as well!20190817_193409.jpg 20190817_193353.jpg 20190817_175727.jpg 20190817_080635.jpg 20190816_201832.jpg

It's a certiflat table top from weldtables.com and I just welded my own legs to it. They are awesome! I bought a 6 pack of clamps on clearance from Lowe's and cut one end off, welded them into cut down 5/8" bolts to fit the holes in the top. Like $4 in each clamp compared to stronghand's $30 or whatever.

Do you have pictures of it all put together ?

I’ve been looking at the Rsp bumper or Add stealth.. stealth bumper does not look to have room for winch

Yeah I made a mount for a roller fairlead, but eventually will probably go to synthetic and a hawse. I don't have a pic of it with the skid plate cutout but use your imagination for now... I'll try to get one uploaded20190830_121942.jpg 20190830_113351.jpg 20190830_130518.jpg
