Wait is this for the Tacoma or Tundra lights?

Tacoma. The initial run of 14+ Tundra lights will be here in the next week or two, and then 8-12 weeks after that for the full production run. Same as the 14+ 4Runners.

 

Its been a week im guessing they havent gotten on the boat yet?

Finally got around to installing my lights today.

Overall I’m happy with the look and quality but I haven’t had a chance to drive around in the dark yet though.
My only complaint is that the gap between the top of headlight and hood on the drivers side is larger than the passenger side.

I’ll try and get some more pics tonight or tomorrow.

 

It looks like the hood itself is sitting not straight, nothing with the lights themselves.

 

Here's what I mean--only noticeable because you changed the lights out. No one would look at their stock set that closely.

It could be but it does seem like the holes on the 2 top black mounts could be smaller because there is some play in them to move the lights up and down. I wedged a piece of rubber in the top of the hole to hold the light up as high as possible.

 

That I think is also a good point. I think the stock lights have this too, but yes that could play a part here!

Here is a pic the hole in the bracket is a little big I wedged a piece of rubber into the back of the hole to pull the light up as much as I could. Only moved up a little bit but better than nothing.

Yes I had one laying around

At first I tried just pushing the light up and tightening the screw down as much as I could but seeing how the screw is just going into plastic it wouldn’t hold tight.

Do you know the eta of the new shipment? It was expected to ship today

 

Not sure where you got this info from but they expected to get the container in this week .. no one said they would ship out today ... I wouldn’t expect any to ship out until next week if they come in this week
