cheap depos. bulbs are factory or just regular halogen replacements.

driver side (bottom, yes i know it looks like the side but it’s really the bottom)

front-on shots will look different depending on the angle, which i know. but the passenger side has most of the light reflecting out the top, and the driver side has most of it reflecting out the bottom.

    cheap lenses? cheap bulbs? both?

    Are they seated correctly?
That would be my first guess.

I would double check how the left bulb is installed. I have a set of the depo lights and the socket for the bulb tabs isn't done very well. My guess is the bulb is clocked wrong.

I had a similar issue with my old depos. The piece inside the headlight was crooked and it messed up the beam. Tossed them for some OEM headlights.

You need to aim the reflectors. I hear that many, if not most, aftermarket lights are not very adjustable. On back of the headlight housing are two hex-head screws with a metal washer that has teeth on it. One screw is supposed to move the reflector up/down, the other one right/left, in order to aim the beam center. You adjust them on low beam; the bulb position determines where the low beam cutoff is and where the high beam points, from where the individual filaments are. I just installed a set of aftermarket headlights; they aren't as bad out of adjustment as yours are, but they do need work. My adjusters turn and I've moved one light a little, but haven't messed with them much yet.
