Is TSS equipped on the manual transmission trucks as well?

That's different from non TSS equipped vehicles how? Shitheads do it either way, no matter what truck I'm driving that day. Assholes gonna asshole.
I will say though, I have been more conscious about changing back out of the passing lane. Knowingly jumping in front of new vehicles and especially big trucks, cutting their speed/momentum is a D move.

There probably isn't much difference. Some drivers are so bad I think they got to be calculated assholes.

The good news is; there's a good chance they don't have a license or insurance, and will sue the hell out of you, even though they shouldn't have been on the road in the first place. This happened to one of my guys at work, suite drug on for years, in the end, we were required to pay a very, very large sum of money.

Print out TSB 0059-18 from NHTSA's website, give it to the dealer and say you would like it applied. It will remember the PCS setting after vehicle shutoff. You won't get to use radar cruise with PCS off, but you can turn it back on if you like.
