Any place that does Cerakote will do it. Just have to tear the shocks completely down.

I prefer guys who coat firearms to do my coatings on anything

But the jet hot guys do a great job too with a quick turn around

Take the valve out of the resi, and use a brass rod to set the piston. Or be fancy and buy a section of threaded rod so you can push/pull the piston.

But but... Does it get 30 mpg? :boink:

Wouldn't mind an NA V8 tacoma, that's a great engine.

Yeah right, that would be wishful thinking. We get a whopping 3mpg's and an approx. range of 165 miles with our 64 gallon cell

Very tempting. But motor swap crosses the line of "things I'm not doing from the Taco frame as a starting point". When I get my tube chassis built I'll be in the market.

LS ftw. So much more enjoyable than the 1gr. Plenty of power and gas mileage (with a t56 at least)

I believe that’s what @dirtaddiction did on his old truck. Apparently he’s not on here anymore. Maybe use a drill press to at least make sure they’re straight. Otherwise find a machinist that has better tools for the job, but honestly I think a drill press should suffice.
