Go with 888. I also bought 887 but I think im happy with my decision going for 888. Ride height and comfort is betyer than my oem OR struts

it looks great, but my concern with 888s was getting 2.5" lift and having to install new UCAs. i take it yours are fine without?

It's stiffer but I don't mind at all. Settled in the first 500 miles, but was too nose high in the beginning

that's what i'm noticing from most pics posted on TW and it's keeping me from pulling the trigger on the 888s. does it settle enough to look level?

It's pretty close to level. Depends on the stance you want. HS told me 2.5 inches with the 888s, 2.0 with the 3 leaf and overload.

I'll tell you this: I'm rolling 285/70/17 and there isn't any rub, CMC or trimming.

    -SCS Ray10 17x9 -38

-CMC, pinch weld and trimming done by Milogen Fabrications in Milpitas

No rubbing on full lock. Planning to bring it hollister this weekend to play around with it.

    Awesome truck!

Did you experience any rubbing with this set up before you got your lift? I’m actually having the dealer install the stock 4Runner TRD pro wheels and tires (Nitto Grappler G2 in 265/70r70).

I cant say, I lifted the truck first before I move to bigger tire and wheels. But i would def rub if i dont do cmc, pinch weld and trimming with or without lift. But if you are only doing 265/70 with trd pro 4runner wheels you should not have any rubbing. This was my setup before I switched wheels and lifted the truck
