Could you not go as a "plus one" with someone that is/was in the military?

Bought my 3yo a twin mattress and foundation to convert his toddler bed only to find that the “twin/full” kit we bought was a full only. Tax free weekend in MA so nobody has anything left in stock and the bed frame was already assembled. Had to improvise, got 2 sheets of 3/4” plywood and a full “bed in a box” only to have an end result nicer than the bed that my wife and I sleep in.

 

Can ex mil go in those?

no. You have to be with someone that has a military ID. either Active, retired or reserve. And also they check your ID when you pay and will compare cards sometimes so people wont use their ID but a buddies debit card to buy their buddy something. Navy is big on that ive seen.

I took the plus one as a add on to someone with a military ID. As in able to bring in a guest. I know if you do that you can’t pay for something.

 

oh ya. thats fine. what we do (my dad and I) is i have him give me cash and then i "buy" it with cash. almost all exchanges have ATMs so thats nice.

depends on the place. here they have appliances, wheels, guns, safes, electronics, clothes, outdoor gear. but its all tax free. also booze. but i know you dont drink,

 

I mostly bought dog food on base. Some underwear once.

 

ya i clothes shop there sometimes just cuz they have decent stuff for cheaper. dog food i did just cuz the bag was over 50 off base. blue buffalo. i bought my gun safe there as well. got it 200 off. ya has a dent in it but it still works. plus ill just sell it to someone here when i leave and buy a better one at the next place. saw yesterday on FB someone covertered a soda can vedning machine into a awesome safe.
