AMEN TO THAT. Once I get my hands on my contingency plan (AKA original ECU with stock CAL and VIN).... the backup ecu will be flashed where i left off.... driving my truck on a stock cal the last few days has had me less than excited. Truck just feels so anemic!

the more data the better, captured a few logs of 1-2 hr drives (careful for screen burn in on the laptop! just set it to turn the screen off when lid closed in power settings) ... the more data the more cells get filled in the more that can be seen whats going on.

Every TRD cal i have seen has shown a 5800 RPM rev limit, while NA cals are at 5600. What year is your TRD cal?

are you supercharged and have been flashed by the toyota dealer with a TRD tune? (fyi TRD Tune, does not mean you have a TRD truck, IE TRD Sport or TRD OR, it means you have been flashed with a Toyota Racing Development tune for use with the TRD supercharger)

Also these trucks do not operate on a VE tune, and spark is not a normal spark table due to how knock correction learn works.

oh i tired to get the trd tune but i live in canada and I own an american truck so none of the dealer ships would flash my truck and the current aprx1 was used in my truck but had a nasty dip in the power band big rich hickup that I beleav was the acis valve not being there or something. so i had 3 options send my ecu to a guy in the states to flash it for me and have my truck down for 2 weeks guessing or buy a link fury ecu and build a jumper harness or get hp tunners and have the n/a map grid then tune it for the supercharger. so i was not a fan of this because i would have to send a junk yard ecu to get flashed then get my truck read and map given to me from hp the price at that point was about the cost of the link ecu. but our local tunner shop found out for me since I was intrested in hp tunners that they could just send me the trd map for my truck and then loaded it up and she start up and ran fine rather rich but fine so from what i was told they are now converting all the tune tables to be the bigger trd map but made for n/a and supercharged

no fuel table at all this is kinda odd never delt with this before????

...i did, minus the throttle crackle mine's back to stock. after hearing what i imagined to be some knock occurring i reverted back. i still get it after some heavy driving though. i gotta get under the truck and see if its just an exhaust leak when things get hot or maybe use an i.r. gun to check individual exhaust temps to make sure each cylinder is fuelling properly.

I'd encourage you to investigate that, your logs were clean as a whistle. I'd honestly be interested in keeping in touch to hear what you find, so please do keep me posted if you would!

You are really going to want to get an ECU with a TRD cal flashed to it if you are running the supercharger. Do it right.

There are fuel tables, but in essence the ecu shoots for a stoich AFR of 14.6:1 unless other conditions are met, one being power enrichment (based on throttle plate angle) other being component protection (based on predicted temperatures) where there are multipliers to that stoich number to add more fuel.

Have you upgraded your fuel pump and installed a replaceable external fuel filter? I highly recommend doing so, if you have not.
I doubt that is the source of your issue/s you're trying to find. Just good common sense maintenance.

Interesting, must be certain years of the TRD Cal that have a 5800rpm rev limit.
