Good evening. in the news here on Aug 19,1969 hurricane Camille came up out of the Gulf as a tropical depression. it hung up on the mtns in Nelson Co. just over the Blueridge from us at dark. 15-35inchs of rain in 8 hours. the water rolled out of the steep mtns. and destroyed everything in its path. Davis Creek was wiped out, ive hunted there often. 135 dead,35 never found. It was EPIC!
Besides being humid as hell, it was a great turnout. Bunch of good members up here.
Think it was around 115 Toyota rigs showed up with around 107 Tacos. A handfuls of T4R's and my lone FJ.
    Good Times!

Doc said it was Tinnitus. He thought it was strange that it started so sudden and only in one ear. Said if I want an MRI I can get one to see if if something is pinching a nerve.

Get better buddy. Getting older sucks. We just all need to take our "not hurting parts" and lock them together like a 50's+ Transformer. I volunteer my ears. I can hear like a whitetail buck.

I most certainly do feel honored to meet Carol Mike and Cypher and Dog. It was a lot of fun and good eats (Thanks Cypher). I'm glad Cypher is enjoying the 107lb paper weight that I have been moving around the garage for 25 years.
as for the Numpties feeding the sky rats. I just washed and waxed the truck. I don't get a lot of free time to do this task. it just got me mad all those birds pooping on everyone car, because they thought it was funny to feed the birds. And I had a good feeling Carol would bailed me out of jail if need be.

I was always impressed if I got more than a handful at any of my MT meets
dad takes Elivil (sp?) for his ears. works wonders, pretty much stopped the ringing after one day on the meds. certain situations can still trigger it but he does well most days. I got him a set of the big ear muff type headsets for when hes in his work shop. and we all keep a couple of sets of foam earplugs in all the vehicles and mom and I in our purses just in case. loud movies, speakers, large crowds talking can all set it off for him so we just try to be prepared for the times we can't avoid the triggers.

That's what I've got !!!! Plus degraded hearing , VA Doctor says not much can be done as the damage has been significant . They say I'm a candidate for Hearing aids as I can't hear low frequency sounds
