Passenger side vibration - needle bearing or something else?

I started noticing a vibration around 40-50mph which appears to be coming from the front passenger wheel/side, and I can also feel it in the gas pedal. I've searched and some say to engage 4WD and/or shift into Neutral to see if that helps, which neither have helped in my situation, so I'm not sure if it's the needle bearing or not. I notice it more on uneven road conditions, primarily on coming down (shocks compressed). A little info on the truck:

    - 2018 TRD Sport DCLB 4x4 with 10k miles
    - 3/1" Spacer Lift (I know, I know)
    - 17" SCS Wheels with 275/70 K02s

I plan on going under the truck tonight and wiggling some parts around to see if I notice anything loose, but I doubt I'll be able to pinpoint it by doing that, so hoping I can get some other ideas of what to try. I could throw on the factory wheels to test that, but outside of that or bringing to a shop, I'm a little lost.

    Thanks!

If you put it in 4WD and its still there then likely not the drivers side needle bearing. Noise goes away instantly in 4WD.

Thanks for the info - this weekend I went under the truck and nothing appears to be loose, plenty of clearance around the tires/wheels, etc.

The whirring noise is only between 40ish and 60mph for sure.

I guess I’ll just bring it to a local suspension shop since Toyota will blame it on my modifications, I’m sure.

Might also look at drive line from trans case back. Mine is lifted with 3"-2", did the Clamshell bushing this week end. Cured vibe in steering wheel, drivers side floor board. Still have slight vibration in gas pedal. I think it's in drive line. Going to investigate further after Arkansas run next week.

There's either no needle bearing on the passenger side or it is a different design that doesn't have the same problems as the driver side. I can't remember which, but if you're sure it's coming from the passenger side you can rule out the needle bearing as the cause.

Passengers side is conventional ball bearing

Thanks all - it could be coming from the center/driveline since I’m on the driver side. I haven’t had anyone in the truck yet that could give me a second opinion on where it’s coming from, and it’s not wise of me to lean over and take my eyes off the road at 50mph :)
