I have a 2002 Tacoma and there is no definitive answer on which Truetrac will fit. I am worried that they do not make one that will fit. From my door jam i have a 8in ring gear, 4.10 gears, and 2 pinion. If anyone has a similar set up please let me know and share your advise.

I'm looking to go faster than the 5mph that's recommended with the factory locker.

5 mph is the limit on the engagement speed. Once you're locked, you can go any speed you want.

find the axle code, look up the data it will tell you what spline count it is unless they modded, in that case you are going to have to take out the axle and count splines.

There are multiple warnings that say for emergency use only and do not exceed 5mph. And to engage you have to be at a complete stop.

Read the sticker or your manual more closely. You don't have to be stopped to engage it, just below 5 mph. Once it's engaged, you can travel any speed and disengage it at any speed. Given that unless you've done the grey wire mod you'll be in 4-low, any speed is probably below 30 mph.

Unless like mentioned here you're not looking to have a fully locked diff for offroad use.

What's your intended use case? Street or offroad?
