You will have to paint the entire hood even if there was no damage if you expect it to match the rest of your truck resulting in your having at least $650 tied up in it.
I would definitely pass unless you just want a hood scoop regardless of how it looks.

I'd pass because it has a fake hood scoop

Get it, straigthen it out enough to close well, wrap it whatever color you want, put deflector on it to cover the edge.
Does it include the scoop insert?

It does include the scoop insert. My friend is a professional painter and could probably hook me up, except for on the body work portion. and im ocd, if it goes on my truck, it has to be clean

I'd buy it. At $150, it's a cheap gamble. Maybe get the bodywork and primer done, then flip it.

i swapped my 17 super white OR hood with a 19 Super white Sport Hood and it matches perfectly. Maybe it’s because Super White is the best color. Hence “Super”

$150 I'd probably get it, but I've had some paint/body shop experience. All in, I think I could make it driver quality for under $400. If not, that's $5-700 @ a shop just to get it painted. FWIW, silver's a bitch to match..

OCD is a serious condition that deserves the effort of therapy to break.

If everyone on this site who claims OCD was in care, there would be a sudden shortage of therapists.

This is how Toyota decided to offer a oem DAI. The engineers at Toyota were trying to decide if they should keep the scoop option on select models. Somebody floated the idea of fender vents, after a lot of back and forth over, if the vents should be functional or not. Functional vents won, but Toyota couldn't leave a gaping holes on the side of their best selling product, so they deleted the driver side vent, and plugged the passenger side hole with the DAI. Best part was the scooped hood didn't go anywhere.

Take a scrap of wood, use it as a forming anvil, get a pan head body hammer, and start lightly tapping. You'll probably enjoy it.

    That's an easy DIY.

You could check with a paintless dent repair person to see if they can straighten it. That would be a cheap repair.

If the paint isnt cracked (it appears to be) it will be once you start trying to bend it back. And like the other dude said there's a really good chance that silver wont match your silver.
