Ever think about the bronze? I was going to go that route, but I don't think the darker colors show the character of the wheel as much. I think you are headed in the right direction with the matte grey. They will look fantastic.

You nailed it, I've seen bronze on SW but totally agree the darker Rays aren't as cool, hides the wheel design like you mentioned, why I struggled with gunmetal too. You should run the Coppers, I know Freeman Toyota has a few sets left. This will keep the mod bug at bay for now, save up for my lift once I'm done with nursing school, I just cant run stock, everytime I see another stock my truck it kills me a little inside. That and the off road wheels I sometimes hate and sometimes am okay with.

Same reasons why I wanted a bright color...the darker ones make it hard to tell what you are running and the uniqueness of the design.

Same as my last 2 trucks with rays, 16x8 on 265/75r16, I think the 16/265 ratio looks better on stock suspension and know it only rubs in certain situations (full lock reverse). My lifted tacos I prefer 285/70r17, but this one will be stock suspension for the next year at least.

Exactly, love the Baja man, I remember drooling over those when they first showed up on dealer lots, I was only a SrA at the time so couldn’t afford one, but desperately wanted one.

Rays....dam man, good for you. I’d love a set of those but they are pricey. Even if I did splurge, they don’t make them in 17’s. Are you getting the ones that poke out a little? I think they are the -20 offset.....

It took me quite a while to be ready to move away from the fakelocks as a stock wheel they had a nice clean intermittent look. Don’t have much left that is stock anymore though.

Lol, Ray10s man, not Volks, I too love those but way out of my price range, the cobalt blue is so much sex.

That is my plan as well. I have a set of gunmetal Ray 10'S 16x8 -10 I am putting on my white offroad TRD, plan on running the 265/70/16 tires with stock suspension. I am hoping not to have any rubbing issues with that set up.

You shouldnt with 265/70 as thats stock size and the offset isnt enough with that size to rub on the the pinch weld / inner fender like 265/75 does, where you at Chief? Keesler? Was there for a year, no thanks.
