Just pulled the trigger on some 265/70/17 Falken Wildpeaks for $126 each with free shipping and an additional $60 off for an Amazon credit card application. Total of $480 to my door! They will be replacing Nitto Terra Grapplers. Read good reviews on these tires, hopefully they will be good.

I had a buddy just tell me about these. I've been looking at either the KO2's or the duratracks and he was saying they're just as good as those without having to pay for the name.

I have no complaints. A few family members bought sets after seeing mine.

Funny, I placed the same exact order yesterday. 505 and some change but I get 5% cash back so it'll be similar. Not a bad deal when any local tire shop wants 180 a tire

Got my Falkens at $142/ea. Could have done better but I went through my local indy shop - like to give them the business if pricing isn't painful. Love the tires so far.

Love the traction on mine, seem to keep up with my brother and dad's 4runners on Cooper ST maxx's both normal and aired down. I did manage to pop a tire on my last trip and they did not. Rock cut through the side wall in-between the thicker side-wall tred on the wildpeaks, more unlucky than anything is my guess. 15k miles and only 1/32 worn down.

I was in the same boat before I pulled the trigger on mine. I'm not sure about the KO2's, but I know these are definitely quieter on-road than the Duratracs.

    I’m running E now, but I’ve also run C.

One thing I’ve noticed is the E runs a bit harsher. But will last to 50k miles EASY. They barely wear.

The C runs smoothly, but they wear pretty damn fast. I’d say 30-35k miles

I've got the E 10 ply. My buddy's tire shop got them for me at the same price as the SL's at 265/75R16. I'm pretty sure the extra weight from the load E's is why my MPG's took a bit of a hit.

I was going to get the wildpeaks but I think they were 6-8 lbs heavier than the duratracs. But the side profile looks just as good.

I currently have Wildpeaks and love them, I intended on replacing them with another set, but then I scored big at a raffle this past weekend and will be switching to BFGs lol

Hmmm. So does that mean the rubber is softer on the C ? And if so, would there be a traction difference ?
