    Agreed! Or an 8 rib like the engines accessory belt. So much stress could be relieved.

    I think the top two idler pulleys don’t have much load on them at all. I say that cause when I check all my bearings those two were still completely packed with grease and I got over 95k on my SC. And it’s been spinning ;)

    I bet the more wrap the more load I guess

    Now the tensioner pulley and idler next to the SC crank pulley. Those need repacking of grease every 30k especially when you got the smaller SC pulley’s. Just sayin :D

    Yeah much like the TVS blower setups you see on the modern Mustangs and Camaros! They run 8-10 rib which is wild but awesome!

    I think the problem was our blowers were really an afterthought to the initial engine design... If they would had just designed and supplied us a thermostat housing which was cocked about 45 degrees to the left like they have on the Hiluxes..

    Then again, if they would had just designed the supercharger in such a way where it was a straight through design and a totally redesigned intake of the OTR style to supplement the setup similar to Corvettes...

    my complaint with the stage 3 is it's hard to read during daylight hours. the backlight contrast should be improved. otherwise I'm very happy with it. it's a very tight squeeze but it will fit on top of the column. custom gauge brackets line mine are required to do it.

    Haven’t tried to ice it. But makes a nice over flow tank. I found it is going to be easy to just swap 2 lines so it will loop the ice tank right to the supercharger and back. For max cooling when iced. I can also just pack ice around it which will
    Help. I really need to find some time to go to the drags and test it out.

    It’s a DC sports intake. Same shit. The intake tube they use is tiny. Stock is 3.25” and the DC is 3”. I was thinking of getting a tube made that’s 3.5” that will work with my stock box. Now I want a fully custom box and tube that’s 3.5” all the way through.

    Next weeks group buy: full NST pulley set but 8 rib

    All this talk coming from the guy that got the Snow stage 2 controller :anonymous:

    I seriously want to see the car that can make use of that controller. Who the heck needs 2 pumps, 32 solenoids, and quad tanks?

    my point for not getting it. I have a 300psi pump. if I had a supra making 40lbs of boost life would be different.
