Tagged you in the sale post, he has 2 left with stock size AT tires for $50/each... Would just have to get them from Cincy down here.

 

Installed my roof rack yesterday. Pulled the trim, drilled the holes in it for the spacers. Siliconed the area where it all goes, put the trim back in with spacers and and bolts to see if it all lines up. The trim did not line up right and looks crappy because I did not get the holes exact, but it works. Removed the bolts and put the rack on. Went to put bolts back and suddenly nothing lines up. Fighting with the bolts to get them threaded. Fingers are raw from working the hex head bolts back and forth trying to get the threads to bite. I get all but two done and am getting frustrated so I use the impact nice and slow.

Guess what I am doing on my next day off?

I wonder how hard it will be to drill out that snapped off M6 bolt?

 

Is it possible he can bring all 3 and I can meet up with you before hand to give you $$

 

I'm not sure, my buddy and his wife are coming down for labor day with 2 kids and all their stuff plus my wheel/tire in a minivan...not sure they'll have the space for three tires/wheels with all their vaca stuff as well. I can always ask though.

Which roof rack do you have to drill for ? Are you access cab? I thought Double cab already have the holes or is it different on 3rd gen?

Drilled holes in the trim for the spacers to drop down into. Trying to make it a cleaner look. I failed. Yeah, the double cab already has the threaded holes.

Nope. but the snapped off bolt should have kept it sealed up.

Oh hey, I just remembered, my wife is headed through there the weekend following Labor Day...she's supposed to be coming back through loaded down from Springfield IL, but maybe I can arrange something.
