if you're rocking a sledge in the left and a plasma in the right....you're doing things right.

 

I'd say definitely more capable. I don't trust any shop to do anything right anymore. Not a single one.

 

Can you really call it a modded truck if you haven't used a sledgehammer?

BTW, 4WP is taking their sweet time. Still haven't gotten a shipment notification for the shocks coming to my house. They're still shuffling them around warehouses it looks like.

I have no sort of estimate when they'll get here so for now I"ll have to say to push it out. Never thought a big company like this would take so long for some generic shocks.

You can do tires or lift first, it doesn't matter. Because even lifted trucks at some point in their suspension travel will be at the same height as stock.

So lifted or not there's going to be modification to the fender well depending on tire size.

So height doesn't matter, but castor might.

I really don't know the measurements of the tires I want, I really just base it off of a truck I like the look of. I realize some of the trucks I see on instagram or even this forum are probably using the best of the best and I doubt I will need that. There are a few off road trails I would like to explore and several visits to deer stands in the fall and some backwoods honey holes I fish at that I would be using the truck in regards to off road. Anything else is highway to and from work or vacations.

I can't post pics right this minute on what I am looking at because I am on work computer and all kinds of stuff is blocked like Imgur but I will as soon as I get home.
