Haha.... that's good stuff.

 

No, just no! Can't like that. Got up to 80 here today with heat indexes in uppper 80's so had to turn the AC on, but back down to 70's and less humidity starting tomorrow. Hope you get a break from it. I'd rather smoke in a blizzard than what your going through.

 

Supposed to storm overnight and tomorrow...high is like 73 for tomorrow

 

Kinda strikes a resemblance.

 

Spray 'er down and fire it up!!

They say getting them hot and then rubbing an onion on it is supposed to make a real good seasoning on it. Gonna give that a try and will report back

May have been top 3 best steaks I’ve ever made. Did mine with regular pitface and the girl had spicy. Both were superb.

 

I'm surprised they aren't setup up in circle around the grill with a hand on the weenie.

 

Cameras have wifi network... it just has to stay 30 feet from the pit. restraining orders and all

I'm wondering what the thing Maner and I do wrong on my pit will be that will end up being my running joke.

I'll have WiFi and it ought to resist breaking out in flames. I'm sure we'll miss something, though.

 

Nothing, we cut and redo if needed.
