Ahh I gotcha. I think if it was tinted the “C’s“ would be more pronounced and pop more.

Planning on filling in the Cs with a sort of diffuser?
Should give the lights a way to balance themselves out throughout the entire "C".
    Less hotspots.
Will also make it visible even when turned off.

One reason why I didn't use a step drill. My minor OCD will have none of it.
I used a solder with flat tip to melt it off but still got couple pieces in .
Either get a compressed air duster ( long straw helps) used for pc keyboards or if you have a compressor or know someone with a compressor, use a blow gun to blow it out.

You guys bring up a good point with the Triton bulb adapters. What are the chances the custom made parts are not available in the future, such as replacement switchback bulbs or other custom made Meso parts that could wear out over time?

yup, the inside is very tricky to mask.
Switchback bulbs (stage 2) are available directly through VLED and are a stocked(not custom) item. Stage 1's will be the same once they are mass produced.
As for the bulb adapter, I do make extras of those. You just need to PM me or email for additional sets.

Sure is. Was able to clean most of the bleeding out. Picked up some frog tape to try on other side. Should I remove the divider if going to one of your kits? Just trying this out to increase my knowledge and skills.

A little more blacking out and cleaning up the bleeds. Of course all Meso's ideas. Love the difference compared to OEM but it sure is a lot of work. Just some random leds set in the holes but give me the idea.

Very nice, love the difference, looks great seeing very distinct separations between each "C".

Fuck. Ended up with small chips in my tails as well. Torture but I'll be blacking these out anyway. I definitely recommend using the hot knife method. X-acto knife and my good ol' Blazer torch. Couple passes through and you'll have a nice and snug fit.
