    Black Canyon of the Gunnison is pretty fucking stellar. I would keep it on the list camped next to the canyon last year, could hear the river 1000' below all night. Beautiful sunrise/sunset. Keep it on the list AND add Lake City...can't we compromise? He's already most of the way there anyway...just head over from Blue Mesa on 149

    Doesn't seem to prohibit me from working on things, although my XL hands are less girth / mostly length in the fingers. So maybe the "best of" XL hands for working on vehicles.

    Check out the CURE (NPS Curecanti) Boat tours. Swing by the visitor center to see if there is an opening the day of. They mentioned they were booked out for many weeks when I stopped by last month. https://www.nps.gov/cure/planyourvisit/boattour.htm
    FINALLY!!!

    Ok at the risk of being chastised. Anyone have their own thoughts in here about the 3 degree retarding on the exhaust cam gears for the 4.0?
    The response all seems to be positive, its a relatively cheap and easy mod. My truck is a DD and I'm putting a ton of miles on so small bang for the buck proven improvements without doing an expensive regear right now would be worth it for the improved driveability and by the sounds this one may pay itself off in fuel savings in a very short time for me.

    Also I'm in an apartment now with nowhere to work on the truck, if anyone would want to help me tackle that job?

    Pumpkin = no
    Spice beer = no
    Latte = not with beer
    Seltzer = no chance in hell

    Add those all up, and you wind up with a great big goose egg. The pumpkin spice latte part sounds more like your cup of "tea" though.....

    Want to just quit trying to drive and get a beer somewhere? I'm about to leave work in downtown Boulder.

    I wish you would have suggested that sooner. I sat at 28 and canyon for like 5 light cycles before making it through because people kept blocking the intersection
