So this is both a general question and a where do you guys go question.

1st part, I want to put a set of falken wildpeak on the tacoma. Have any of you local guys had the vibration problem I've been reading about? part of me hopes that theres just a bunch of bad tires in Arizona or something

2nd part is what are some shops you guys reccomend in the sacramento area. I've had a few people reccomend south west tires off 47th but figured I'd get a broader pool of suggestions.

    Thanks!

What @TOP TACO said. America’s tire has been good for all my tire needs.

Which one if you don't mind me asking, or do all of them in the area seem to be good?

I got a buddy who works at America’s tire. He says the wild peaks run a bit rough.

i was comparing them to KO2’s though.

EDIT: I re-read.. the general grabbers ride rough. Wild peaks he says are good for the price. :D

I've run wildpeaks (AT3w) for a little over a year now, they've been great tires so far.

Another vote for Americas Tire. Avoid the one in Rancho Cordova. Elk grove location has been good though.

Southwest Tires, mounted and balanced WildPeaks 265-70-17 on SCS Ray 10’s. Set of four @ $530 installed with tpms swapped. Zero scratches on the wheels and vibration. I’m a happy camper.

only been there once, but had a good experience with Tire and Wheel Mart on Fulton. After pricing around, they had the best deal on some e-rated Toyo M/Ts.

Any recommendation on local shop that does honest regular maintenance (lower ball joint etc) that do it for cheap?

Radial tire service on cottage way. I just bought a set of Goodyear MTR Kevlar 285/75R16, $230 a tire came out to $1002.00 and a 12pk of Pacifico. American wanted $1200 and firestone wanted $1100

I have them and love them. Don’t have the noise issue.

I've had problems there on Florin.

    1. They were supposed to do a 5-tire rotation and more than once did not rotate my spare as requested.
    2. Wait times are excessive.
    3. No free water.
    4. Inability to balance a pretty new tire with about 3 chances.
    5. Otherwise good prices.
