I been having a lot of people ask about the swing out if enough people bug me I can look into a redesign/fixuring ect...

 

I stopped by a local TW fabricator last weekend so he could take measurements of my tailgate, he makes swingout tailgates for 2nd gens and is looking to do them for 1st gens as well. But the more options we have the better, not very many options anymore for our trucks

 

Maybe I should learn to fabricate and make a killing selling shit to people on TW

 

You wouldn't be the first that's for sure lol. But yeah you could at least make some decent supplemental income. I know of several guys down here that do

 

Driveshaft angles from lift I'm guessing.

Lotta liability involved. Ill do stuff for people I know/friends but thats it.

 

My vans pinion seal is leaking. Im gunna teach myself how to regear and build a 3rd on it when it comes time fix it

I wouldn’t start with anything that’s important like bumpers or custom suspension stuff. Id start with stuff that if it some how failed wouldn’t effect anything other then your anger towards me lol

Shmellmopwho down here does sliders and other fab work for members here in SoCal and could probably make it his full time job if he wanted to lol. He's constantly building/installing sliders and doesn't even do shipping (or at least he didn't, maybe he does now not sure).

 

So what youre saying is, you wouldnt build anything that actually sells well lol.

 

You failed me. Where is the American auto horn decal so you can claim the truck as a company experience
