    Yeah I had no idea either! Guy said he had a bunch of Treehouse to trade and I just assumed they were mostly going to be hazy IPAs! Pleasantly surprised when I looked them up.

    I haven’t tried it before... Pretty excited to give it a go! He didn’t have any of their other IPAs, but I told him to keep me posted if runs into any Julius or Green and/or their variants!

    Green is good, and the Very Green variants are fantastic.

    I have had Julius, but the King versions are pretty (too, imo) juicy for me.

    Need to have fun with it. They are going to only have one true "first day of school", enjoy the moments that will soon be coming. Exciting, yes. Stressful, shouldn't be...
    Your youngster can feel the stress too, and carry it with them. Everyone just needs to chill. I'll bet the wife has had everything ready since June 1 (because she's a mom, and that's what mothers do).

    I used beechwood smoked German malt (8 lbs in a 9.25 lb grain bill, so 86.5% smoked malt).
