    :notsure:

Looks like it's been at a dealer lot as a service vehicle to run parts around most of its life.

It looks like its spent the last few years at a dealership. Just wondering why it wouldn't sell.

2wd is fine... but I didn't see it was 4 cyl til you pointed it out. Honestly didn't think it came without a v6. Learn something new.

Do you need a v6 if you're not towing anything?

DD and camping trips are in the future.

Don’t be too concerned. I just bought my mom a car from them. A 2011 Camry for $12k with 40,000 miles. Super cherry condition. Some ppl would rather pay a little more and get a brand new truck vs an old one with that kinda has dated technology etc. But ... it’s a Tacoma so 88k is very mild as far as miles go

Insurance will be cheap because of its age and value. If it’s in your price range. Test drive, then buy if you like. The do offer extended warranty on older vehicles. Like 3 years 25k miles

Bro how is the 2nd one a contender? It’s $1000 cheaper but 3 years older and 80,000 more miles. No way!

Haha not contender... but one I have had my eye on as well. Then I saw the original one I posted today but it being on the lot so long threw me off. But the mention of it being a parts runner for the dealership makes sense.

I haven't had a manual in a while... and a 4cyl is great on gas right? Hmmm. I was looking for a double cab... but the more I think about it I dont really have any friends anyway...

Could always throw subs in the back seat.

Unless you're hauling a huge amount of camping gear across the Rockies, it should be fine...

This pretty much says it all. Owners likely got tired of the lack of giddy-up after owning it for a short time. If you are planning on building up a 2nd genTacoma, this combo would be the worst to start with....well, unless it's also on a 5 lug.

I would pass for the high miles/overpriced along with it being not well cared for. Looks like PO yanked any add on accessories prior to trade in along with an unknown lift. Don't be mesmerized and lured by the elusive hood skeewp, take that away and the value drops $3K.

I agree, very suspicious. The 88k mile one was sold at auction. Scotty Kilmer recommends not buying vehicles that were auctioned.

No, not really. The 4 cylinder engine is really there to keep the Tacoma to a certain price point.
