That was me half of last week. Worked on building the bed and I started hitting the wall in the sun room; scraping off plaster that's delaminating and patching it. Always fun to use leave time for that stuff!
    Good luck dude!

Yep. Basically... I took my first week of vacation for the year in August. And worked at home that week. My second week might be the week we have the AOAA meet. This week I already have 17 hours of OT with another 12 scheduled. I was asked to work Sunday too, but I need a day off.

    @Cooktop86

I'm sorta in the same delima as you. I am going to run two sets of tires/wheels soon and I'm looking for something to be a dedicated on-road tire that can still handle snow, rain, and maybe even light trails if/when needed. Right now I am running Nitto Ridge Grapplers and they have been great. I'm at 30k miles + and they are not even worn down half way. I drive like a mad man on the road too. Lots of high speed highway miles and agressive city driving. No off road. So these will be replaced with the new "Road" tires when the time comes.

So I am thinking I want to put something that can handle snow and rain and be tamer with excellent road qualities. I think I am finally going to go 285s or maybe even 295s too (once the Ridge Grapplers wear out).

Here is what I am looking at.

    https://www.amazon.com/COMP-SPORT-TIRES-LT265-70R17/dp/B073BX8BQB/ref=sr_1_6?keywords=pro+comp+tires&qid=1566484702&refinements=p_n_feature_five_browse-bin%3A6131681011%2Cp_n_feature_fourteen_browse-bin%3A10467315011&rnid=10467298011&s=automotive&sr=1-6

I saw you were looking on Tire Rack but they don't sell these so I went to Amazon since they also have free shipping.

Here's the tire on the manufacturers site:

    https://www.procompusa.com/tires-product-details.aspx?pt=101509&pl=111330&pqq=2284&pqa=14124

I have run Pro Comp tires in the past and they were great. Not on a Taco but on another truck I had, and not these. These are newer and that was a while ago.

One of the major draws for me with this tire is the warranty. 60k miles! And to top it off, if you buy these they give you 60 days to decide if you like them! WTF?! I also like the amount of sipes in these tires and fact that they are still considered an all terrain tire.

My other choice is the Nitto Terra Grappler. Nitto just makes great tires. Yes, they do cost a little more but hey......

Here's a NTB which I believe are up in Pa.

    https://www.ntb.com/sku/sku5570784/terra-grappler

Just be sure to get the Terra not the Terra G2. Some guys on here complain they are noisier and not as grippy.

Another choice is a somewhat new Goodyear tire. I think only Discount Tire Direct sells them though. They are exclusive to them. That might have changed though. I really like the tread pattern on these. Remember, I am looking for high MPGs in a larger tire that will be excellent in the rain at higher speeds, and also be able to handle some light snow.

    https://www.goodyear.com/en-US/tires/wrangler-trailrunner-at-lt

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/goodyear-wrangler-trail-runner-at.612155/

    https://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSearchResults.jsp?tireMake=Goodyear&tireModel=Wrangler+TrailRunner+AT&width=265/&ratio=70&diameter=17&cameFrom=selectSize&partnum=67TR7WTRATOWL

Not sure what size you're looking at those so I went with 265's.

Can't wait to see what you decide on.
