Installed 5100's on my 2019 TRD OR. Just fronts on third position with about 1 inch of lift. Rear is stock. Truck now makes a humming noise at about 45 mph on and off throttle. What do i need to get to make the noise go away?

Yes, the floor does vibrate with the humming noise. It’s kinda in intervals. At about 45 it hums every few seconds.

switch to 4wd see if it goes away at that speed, if it does then its the needle bearing. If not well then that's the end of my knowledge.

If the hum stops when you put it in 4X4 it's the Needle Bearing.

Are you in a garage with a corrugated roof?

Why does it go away in 4wd if it's the bearing?

cause engaging 4wd puts force on the bearing and gets rid of the play, I think, yeah pretty sure

Needle bearing. Try toggling 4WD on, as dudes above have already said. It should go away for a while when you do that.

If you're still under warranty, you might have some luck getting the dealership to repair (I did, but since it's somewhat related to a lift, your results may vary). Otherwise go with the ECGS bushing like everyone is about to recommend.

So I just need to get the ECGS bushing? No diff drop needed for my 1 inch level?

Seems a little overkill. I have about 1.5 inch lift in front and back, and no diff drop for me.

Update: Noise and vibration goes away when in 4wd. Ordered ECGS bushing.
