I took the train for several years, and it's pretty nice especially when 95 is shut down because of a wreck. I recently took a job at Quantico so no more train for me which is also really nice.

On base or off? I'll be on base so I plan on taking the train (to avoid gate traffic and Rt1/610) I'll be able to walk/shuttle to my office from the train station. I'll occasionally drive but it'll be nice to have the train pass covered as well, especially being 1.25 miles from the Leeland stop.

I was going from Leeland to Lorton, but now I'm at RKB so the train isn't even an option.

I mean buying the truck I had a pretty good experience. The Jeep dealers around here are just so shady, and they put off that vibe too. I’m sure the Toyota dealer won’t be perfect but I just hope they don’t put off that shady vibe.

What part of Indiana? I'm originally from Illinois and my parents are both Hoosiers. Moved to Illinois a few years before I was born.

There’s a couple people on the Facebook RVA Tacoma page who work at Toyota dealerships, but not sure if you are local since you are posting on this forum, or if you’re in Indiana.

I've been to Chicago several times and it's my least favorite city in the US. So that's my Illinois connection. Hahaha. I guess I should say this. The city is fine. It's the unbelievable suburban sprawl that I can't stand.

Anybody in the area have any work done with Iron Pig Offroad? They seem to be a shop of Toyota (primarily Land Cruiser) enthusiasts with pretty good reviews. They're tucked back in a corner off Chatam Heights Rd.

Apparently (from the NOVA thread) @buyobuyo and @Coot83 both had issues with them not communicating changes to the work they were meant to complete...getting an education reading Jeremy's build thread
