They bumped that HP up to 320 in 1995 when they switched from a 2-bolt main to a 4-bolt main.

You hit the nail on the head, that car was full of tech and you could actually feel the changes as they kicked in. Unfortunately, that tech also liked to crap the bed for various reasons. I had issues with my active suspension and the active aero. They were cheap wiring fixes, but definitely took some sorting out.

The car was heavy, but that's also what made it feel so planted and made it great for autocross. That car could corner like nobody's business and it had the power to overcome the weight. I hit 155 in mine no problem and it felt plastered to the ground.

I bought 2 of these from Amazon and they work well (Anker Roav DashCam C2, FHD 1080p Dash Cam). No issues what so ever and the cord is pretty long and USB. If you want samples let me know.

By my eye it looks better than those later Dakotas too, not a tough thing to improve on but still.

Correct! Hence I bought it in 2001... when I was 18 and could afford it.

My dream list of cars back then was Supra, RX7, NSX, 300ZX and the 3000gt in that order. I bought the only one I could afford.

I had a evox for like month before I sold it, rode like shit, cheap plastic interior, everything creaked and rattled. Just all round cheaply made. stuck to the road like nothing else though, and the 4b11 just isn't the same beast as the 4g63 which is a turn off.

It sucks that the Japanese automakers are no longer competing in the Sports car market. Unless you count the new Supra or NSX, which are made out of unobtanium.

Just wasn't much profit in it. Toyota lost money on every Supra they produced the last 2 years of production. Bean counters and share holders get restless. Shit gets cut.

BTW....gotta buddy who owns a '93 TT RX-7. She's in amazing condition. But the engine was tired and age was catching up to it.

We pulled the engine in late February (that's me in the picture). He has a brand new 13b "long block" from Japan sitting in the garage. He's dumping the TT turbo setup for a single. Should easily be 400 horsepower with the upgraded fuel and management systems and down pipe. The turbo is the last thing to buy. Then the new mill goes in.

I have every season on a hard drive. I feel ya. It's crazy to watch the really old seasons, they were so young! And they had that super random dude at first instead of James May. He needed to go.

My tacoma interior is way nicer than the evos interior. It was seriously awful. The evo 10 was my favorite car, until i actually got in one

I'm referring more to the 2nd gen and under Tacomas in comparison to the Evo X. The 2016+ Tacomas have been so modernized and consumerised so much to the extent that they are basically just fancy sedan sitting on a truck body.

Meh. I still think theyre fairly utilutarian, which i like. The technology is there, but theres not 100 buttons like most rentals i get travelling. The layout is pleasant
