Finished up all three of my plots over the weekend and it's been raining off and on since! Looking forward to seeing this grow and seeing more of this come in...

No archery for my this year, seems like there’s more hunters on the mountain than bugs.

We’re covered up with outfitters around here so I know the feeling of too many hunters. I’m not against outfitters but we have too many in our area and a lot of them don’t care what their clients shoot “little bucks”!!

Just a general unit where we’re camped, so not too many guides running around.

I’m sure all the bow hunters love hearing the sound of hound dogs running through the woods at daylight though haha

No bow hanger and more importantly no cup holders.... However, if it's a heated massage style, it should do.

I really need to get my head outta my ass and start prepping for my favorite time of year. I did manage to assemble a few Muzzys a couple of minutes ago. Next I will clean out my hunting bag, install new batteries in my flashlights, may or may not repaint my climber, put new tape on all the possible squeaky spots and eventually shoot a few arrows. And I have to get tags. And, and, and....

The temps have broke, much cooler next several days. Much work to do in the woods. I need to apply urea to food plots, picked up 320# today. Need to continue working on deer stands.

Well.. I might be trying something different this year. Bought a Shakespeare Mancos back in 2001 or 2002. Haven't shot it much. Each winter I keep telling myself "This is the year I'm using my stickbow." Bow is 58" long recurve drawing 50#'s at 28". Shooting 29" Easton 2018's with 100gr tips. Broadheads will be 100 gr Magnus 2 blade Stingers.

Groups are at 15 yards. Not hunt-ready. Yet.
