man somebody brought in some Krispy Kreme donuts today....I swear those things literally make everything better.

 

Not as much as not having to work on Friday makes everything better

 

I don't mind working Fridays, they are usually the most pleasant/easiest days just based on morale alone. Plus dipshits that have the day off aren't clogging the roads

 

yesterday someone brought in 2 dozen handmade specialty doughnuts for the 4 of us in this department.

bad idea because willpower isn't strong enough.

aw man that ratio is just asking for trouble!

 

I wish we got donuts. We always get a biscuit, which gets old every single Friday....

 

be the guy that brings donuts! lol. just one of the employees that sits in my area brought them today, it's not every Friday though. I'd take a biscuit for sure.

 

And I'd take a donut for sure! We don't have any Krispy Kreme or Cothrans around here. We have a LeMars Donuts, but they suck.

 

it's a love/hate relationship for me with us having only 1 krispy kreme in all of HSV and it's never a convenient location for me. Dunkin Donuts has more locations but their donuts suck compared to KK

 

Krispy Kreme does make great donuts to be a nationwide chain. If you get a chance to get some Cothran's down here in Gadsden, they are the bomb. They won some kind of donut of the year contest thing not too long ago. But this morning, I had a sausage/egg/cheese Mcgriddle. They're good, but tired of eating them...

 

You just get the wrong thing. DD is the bees knees for variety flavored donuts and their blueberry is TITS! KK only has 2 worth eating. Original and Cruller

 

I don't disagree that DD has some good donuts, or that KK only has a couple...it's just that those good ones at KK are lightyears ahead of the best ones at DD.

Like give me a list of one to a million, KK original is 1 and nobody else shows up until after a million....all of those just stay blank.

 

we get chick fil a biscuits and hashbrown once a week from a vendor when they bring us invoices, the doughnut ordeal was the first time one of our earth moving salesman stopped by to meet us.

 

I saw that, did you see the fake photo he shared? and then the next one was a different computer and different notebook altogether lol

Now I love me some Chick fila biscuits, sandwiches or whatever!
