Many of these are if you decide to go full on with it and blast/cruise. You can run a cycle a year, maybe every 8-9 months and not have to worry about a lot of this.

Edited to add that doing smaller cycles and STAYING ON TOP OF YOUR PCT will allow you to avoid most of what Supra is mentioning. If you just stab your ass cheek with 500mg test for 12 weeks and don’t do shit afterwards or monitor anything then you’ll have to do everything mentioned above.

Does that have a sustainable impact though?

Kerley is right, but with the on/off stuff it's just yoyo effect. It's like saying you'll only smoke pot for 12 weeks then not again until next year. It's a mental mind fuck. You can sustain some progress by going on/ off, but you will eventually realize the outcome isn't worth it

It’s possible to maintain it to a certain point. The stronger/leaner you get the more on point you’ll have to be with exercises and diet to maintain. Less margin of error to retain the gains if you cycle like that. Obviously this is all dependent on your body and what your “genetic potential” is.

I think most men and women don't realize the serious potential their body has without the hardcore supplements. I know genetics play a big role, but most don't push themselves enough or they don't know how to.

    Rest for me.

Came off a deload last week. Started a new wave this week. Higher volume, tempo work, pause reps right now. Holy shit, the new stimulus has me sore.

Going to switch it up and squat high bar and pull conventional for a while.

Rest. First game of the rugby season tomorrow so I need to be fresh. Squats yesterday morning were a bad idea. Nothing gets rid of legs DOMS better than running like your life depends on it though...
