Curious to what you find. I have a similar noise, just haven't cared enough to figure it out yet. Though it might just be my rack slipping in the D bushing since it's been self lubricated with 5w 30 since the turbo went in.

 

Been there. On my third set. Luckily my rod ends are still good (snap rings are pretty well dickered). I can usually hear a clunk when I hit pot holes if they start to go. It's faint but you'll hear it if you drive it every day

Pretty much coat everything in anti seize now.

And if the photo I just posted above is any indication then yes that is a good idea. The bearings totally got seized together and then ate everything apart.

I didn't read that as RTT at first. You had me excited thinking they built a camper shell RTT...

I don't know if they frequent TW much anymore. Just read the last few pages of the GFC thread....

They started their own GFC forum that they've been active on.

 

For the money I'd wait for a true GFC, seems to be the best use of protecting stuff in the bed/camping without a true hardshell bed camper.

 

I don't see this as a copy of the GFC. It is external access only.

Yeah, i've seen it. Regardless, the GFC's value is as a camper with access to the tent from within and the tent purched on the spaceframe with side door access. Their RTT is an afterthought. Only there to appease SUV users.

 

New mini shower showed up, thanks for the tip Brent. Looking forward to having an easy way to wash dishes.

And power steering cooler showed up. I've noticed on Igor the reservoir has been overflowing a lot lately in the hot. So hoping this will help.

 

Haven't wedge style tents been around for a while now?

 

Anyone else fall through there bed?
