You need some Osh Kosh bibs and a plug of chew, you'd fit right in at the coffee shops 'round here.

I still haven’t got this gal convinced that’s not me. I’ve never had long hair. Plus I only wear Key bibs. Well in the early early 70’s I had a few pair of Big Smith bibs. She just thinks I’m lying to her! :argue:

Yea, the only recovery pains I've had close to this was a umbilical hernia operation I had. When they cut up your core area it hurts to open your eyes. I was literally down for a complete week. Incapacitated. I've been in/out of hospitals my whole life. Started when I was 2. Fell down a flight of steps and busted my head on a galvanized bucket. From there you name it.

Oh, and you can also try some ibuprofen to relieve the swelling associated with overdoing it too soon. That will in turn help reduce the pain.

On vacation once while dancing I reinjured a torn ACL and since we were away from home all they could prescribe was ibuprofen. I was taking 1k mg at a time. Of course when you leg bends forwards at the knee there is bound to be a little more pain than usual when the alcohol wears off.
